Return Policy

At Emporium 23, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. If something doesn’t work out, the guidelines below explain how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.


Returns

You may request a return within 10 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original packaging and tags must be attached
  • Proof of purchase is required

To start a return, contact us at emporium23nc@gmail.com. Once your request is approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.


Final Sale and Non Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Jewelry
  • Intimates including bras, bralettes, and bodysuits
  • Hair accessories, hats, and beanies
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Blind Date With a Book selections
  • Custom, personalized, or vendor specific items as noted on the product page

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different size or item, place a new order and return the original item following the return process above. Once the return is approved, your refund will be issued.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post funds
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at emporium23nc@gmail.com

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must still meet the eligibility requirements outlined above.
