Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! If you’re nearby, select Local Pickup at checkout. Orders are usually ready the same day during business hours.
What’s your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn clothing and unused items within 14 days of purchase with receipt. Sale items and jewelry are final sale.
Can I hold an item?
Absolutely — message us or call the shop and we’ll hold your item for 24 hours. After that, it goes back on the floor.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we do! Digital gift cards can be purchased online, and physical cards are available in the boutique. Perfect for last-minute gifting.
What sizes do you carry?
We stock a range of sizes in women’s apparel, typically S–XL. Select brands may include extended sizing. If you’re unsure, reach out and we’ll help with measurements.
Do you do private shopping or style sessions?
Yes — Laurel offers style sessions by appointment. Bring a friend or come solo for a one-on-one boutique experience. Book a Style Sesh here
Where do I park?
There’s street parking out front and public lots just a short walk from the boutique.
